We offer you Customer Support Administrator positions for both direct and indirect HP customers that you will have to support daily by solving different issues, assist in daily business operations and analyze customer needs and contribute to customer satisfaction. Through training and hands-on experience you will gain knowledge as well as insight in the complex operational processes behind a global system of customer network.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for fresh Foreign Languages graduates.

We are looking for advanced foreign languages skills. English is mandatory and at least, one of the following: German, Czech, Slovak, Polish, Turkish, Greek, Serbian, Russian, Hebrew, Portuguese, Arabic, Croatian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and Finish.

A proactive, customer oriented, positive attitude with the ability to work either independently or as part of a cross functional, multi cultural team is a must. You should have enthusiasm for change and passion for learning. Good problem solving skills and leadership potential are also key abilities. Good communication skills along with some work experience or participation in meaningful extra- curricular activities related to your chosen field make you a good candidate.

MS Office Suit knowledge (mainly Excel and Word) is a must while previous experience in customer support will be highly considered, but not mandatory.
