- Answers to e-mail inquiries from panel members who are based in North America;
- Offers telephone support (general/technical queries) to panel members;
- Identifies issues, problems and conflicts affecting the panelists and recommends courses of action to resolve;
- Assists with checking the text contents of special projects and resources (i.e. a new website, internal surveys etc);
- Exceptional knowledge of the English language;
- Computer skills: Internet, e-mail (MS Outlook), Microsoft Word;
- Attitude towards problem solving;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Dynamic person;
- Willingness to work night shift (4 p.m. to midnight).
