To manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability
To contribute to the development of category strategies.
To develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans (both consumer and trade) for assigned brands to drive sales and profit growth.
To collaborate with the international teams to adapt the international launches to the specifics of the local market
To monitor and analyze key brand dynamics as the source of new insights, competitive strategies and effective portfolio management
To monitor and analyze brand and competitor performance to identify and outline strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and to recommend business building/defense initiatives
In close co-operation with the Sales function, identify trade needs / opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade activities for assigned brands
Manage and control the budget for the brands, providing monthly updates and ensuring that company funds are maximized to deliver yearly objectives
To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans
Overall the Brand Manager is fully responsible for everything that refers to his/her brand, and all the lines of the P&L
University graduate, preferably in marketing
2-3 years marketing experience (must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential)
International outlook
Willing to relocate internationally to pursue career opportunities
