RESPONSABILITATI

- The FO RAN (Radio Access Network) Support Engineer, being in 1st line support is in direct contact with customers representatives, chasing the Trouble Tickets until they are solved;
- This position is seen by Ericsson to be a starting point to grow in the organization (FO engineer, BO Engineer or Application Development).
- working with the application for trouble tickets management;
- issuing and solving trouble tickets;
- managing delayed Trouble Tickets, according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) and escalation to emergency shift;
- dispatching the field O&M teams (mainly in Western European countries);
- phone discussions with local authorities regarding the GSM/UMTS BTS sites;
- work in an international environment, with customers and suppliers.


CERINTE

Technical
- Minimum 3-6 months experience with a Trouble Tickets management application (i.e. Remedy);
- Technical affinity;
- Willing to develop technical skills in mobile networks industry
Education
- Students or technical University graduates
Others
- Fluent French and/or Dutch (spoken and written)
- English knowledge
- computer skills (as a user in Windows)
- Working in shifts of 8 or 12 hours
- If needed, prepared for working abroad (mainly European countries) up to 3 months per year
Nice to have requirements
- Mobile networks knowledge;
- Any experience with telecom operators (internships, etc).
