General:
The FO BSS ( Business Support System) Engineer, being in 1st line support is in direct contact with customers representatives, assuring the correction of eventual network faults and prevention monitoring. Depending on the fault importance it can be escalated to 2nd line support (Back Office).
Responsabilities:
- monitoring alarms
- working with the application for trouble tickets management
- issuing and solving trouble tickets
- work in an international environment, with customers and suppliers.
Technical
- Unix shell scripting
Education
- Students or technical University graduates
Others
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Working in shifts of 8 or 12 hours
- If needed, prepared for working abroad (mainly European countries) up to 6 - 9 months per year
Nice to have requirements
- SQL, Oracle
