RESPONSABILITATI

Job description:
• Manage company’s current car fleet;
• Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of the cars to ensure the appropriate operational condition;
• Ensuring that all vehicle damages and repairs are made as required by technical standards
• Ensuring accurately and continuous mileage information reports and driver’s log for the company cars and for the vehicles used by our clients;
• Ensuring accurately and continuous preventive maintenance and repairs information reports for all company cars and for the vehicle used by our clients;
• Ensuring that all vehicle used by the company and clients have a comprehensive file with all the reports accurately maintained;
• Building and managing the business relationship with all services and materials suppliers we relay on in order to effective and efficient administrate the car fleet (under the supervision of the Fleet Coordinator);
• Advising the Fleet Coordinator of any transfers or deletions of the vehicles in the current fleet;
• Advising the Fleet Coordinator of all vehicle accidents/incidents and all drivers’ traffic faults that occur and providing a copy of the vehicle accident file and police reports;
• Working closely with Fleet Operations Manager and with other departments to improve workflow, documents flow, procedures and client satisfaction;
• Other activities required supporting Front and Back Office Department.


CERINTE

Required skills:
• University Degree (specific logistics/transportation training would be a plus);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within a mature middle or large size company, with proven results in developing and implementing high-standard fleet management
• Strong planning, organization and monitoring skills, decision taking skills, flexible and analytical thinking
• Positive, result oriented and hands-on attitude, with excellent leadership ability, in order to provide training, to communicate realistic objectives, to assign clear responsibilities and to be a mobilizing model for the team
• Very good computer skills; Good command of English;
• Driving license – B category;
• Available to travel occasionally for business purposes;
• Financial skills – is a plus.
