- Teach aerobic classes and perform a high level of instruction on resistance and cardiovascular machines;
- Carry out member wellness profiles and fitness assessments and ensure member satisfaction. Patrol the gym correcting exercise technique and offering assistance to members;
- Ensure that the studio and its equipment are clean, tidy and in place at all times;
- Enforcing Club policy and procedures;
- Generate member interest in club¿s competitions and activities.
- Interacting with members to motivate & educate them about the benefits of exercise;
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with all members;
- Provide members with one to one tuition to assist them in achieving their fitness&aerobic goals.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential for exceptional candidates. A love for fitness&aerobic is a must!
- Relevant studio&fitness classes qualifications from recognised training bodies;
- English speaker;
- Strong oral communication skills;
- Effective interpersonal skills;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Ability to make fitness&aerobic a way of life;
- Ability to motivate and train members to achieve their fitness&aerobic goals;
- Willing to work flexible hours.
