Responsabilitati:
- Booking of Incoming Payments;
- Processing the credit notes;
- Coordinating query resolution/dispute management.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with willingness to learn;
- Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation;
- Fluency in English and Finnish, verbal and written;
- University Degree is important, but not mandatory (an Economic degree will certainly bring you an advantage );
- Similar experience is considered an advantage.
