* Answers to e-mails from surveys respondents;
* Coordinates the preparation of a wide variety of panel communication materials (i.e. monthly online newsletters, bi annual offline newsletter, announcements etc).
* Compiles information and writes reports on the communication with the panelists and other.
* Identifies potential issues, problems and conflicts and recommends courses of action to resolve
* Coordinates, provides support and solicits advice from staff members (Panel Management, Project Managers, Sampling) regarding communications initiatives.
* Guides special projects and resources (i.e the creation of a new site, new communication medium etc)
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
* Native or near native speaker of Finnish;
* Computer skills: Internet, e-mail, Microsoft Excel;
* Logical thinking;
* Responsible, dependable, ability to work under stress, able to cope well with very tight deadlines;
* Organized person;
* Ability to work productively in a team.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff;
* Have the ability to dealing with diversity
* Self-confidence and a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, active listening abilities
* Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels;
* Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
* Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person.
Work conditions:
* Work from home, regular access to the internet needed;
* Part time job; the working schedule depends on the number of e-mail queries received from 5 minutes to 2 hours per day; daily checking of e-mail is requested during week days;
* Trainee or Junior level based on the previous work experience.
