On behalf of our client, an expanding Multinational Investment Company, with three major business lines in Romania, we are looking for an experienced FINANCING MANAGER.
Responsibilities
The Financing Manager, is one of the key’s position in the company, responsible for supervising our client’s investments in Romania.
Sets up and to maintains good communication with the banks and other financing institutions;
Finds the best loan, leasing and guarantee financing opportunities and negotiating the conditions;
Ensures the fulfillment of approval, reporting and insurance requirements set in the contracts with the financing institutions;
Identifies and prepares applications for funding from European Union funds for different business projects;
Prepares presentations for equity investors and financing institutions;
Analyzes new business projects, prepares budgets, cash-flows and business plans.
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting;
Minimum 5 years experience in auditing, consulting or banking;
High degree of problem solving and analytical capability;
Eager to learn and open minded;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Proficiency in English.
