Objective of the position :
Provide the necessary business information for the management for the analysis and decision making process.
Prepare and analyse the financial statements for the management
Main tasks and outputs:
1) Prepare accurate and in time monthly and annual financial statenents for management and Group according to existing law and group requirements, under direct supervision of the superior.
2) Contribution to preparing periodic consilidated financial statements according to IFRS and cooperate with company auditors in this respect.
3) Contributing to medium and long term business planning
4) Creating, implementing and monitoring processes and procedures around the creation of quarterly forecasts
5) Responsible for the monthly monitoring of the actual results against the budget/forecast perform variance analisys and advise appropriate follow up action.
6) Prepare at the management request forecasts for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, ad-hoc analysys and reports.
7) Act as a filter for accounting department in finding the possible errors and do the necessary dilligence to eliminate them
8) Responsible for timely booking of all the adjustments to statutory accounts for the reporting purpose.
9) Prepare investments appraisals reports (for marketing, production equipments etc)
Required knowledge, experience, competencies:
Skills:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills ,
-Good accounting & business control knowledge;
-Self starter and proactive ;
-Very good analytical skills;
-Good planning skills;
-Knowledge of IFRS.
-Business oriented.
-Very good computer skills (especially excel).
Knowledge:
-Degree in Accounting, Management or Economics
-Languages:
Fluent Romanian
English knowledge represent an advantage
Experience:
-Minimum 2 years in a similar position within finance department.
