- Supervise international reporting for actual, Forecast and Mid Term Forecast and create necessary commentaries
- Supervise SAP system used of intra-Group reporting
- Manage all cost centers: supervise actual and create forecast and create necessary analysis and reporting
- Reporting to HQ and to the Sales Lines, set up this reporting and reliable distribution to the recipients; Supervise other financial, operational, special analysis as needed
- Constant improvement of reporting
- Ensure proper and accurate reporting on operational and management level to provide all necessary information for their decision making and planning
- Planning of headoffice cost; Integrate and coordinate planning of income side (supplier income) and cost side (freight costs)
- Deputy for manager in coordination of administration department
- Monitor the activity for accounting, IT, legal, reporting and Human Resources issues
- Update the information procedures for all personnel
- Provide the necessary internal training
- Business key user for main applications
- University degree in economics
- Good understanding of business and its application in finance
- Relevant experience in controlling area, preferably with a multinational company
- Knowledge and practical experience with IAS and USGAAP
- Experience with Systems and Application Products (SAP) and reporting systems based on Oracle
- Fluent English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
