Ensuring bookkeeping for the financial-accountancy operations regarding the main customers (suppliers);
Realizing the accountability received and issued invoices related to the trade policies agreed with the Key Accounts and sub-distributors;
Tracking the collection of the invoices issued to the Key Accounts and reconciliation with them;
Issuing price corrections invoices and balance compensation for Key Accounts and sub-distributors;
Achieving reconciliation, balance confirmations and correspondence with the Key Accounts and part of the sub-distributors, suppliers and external clients, monthly or quarterly;
Recording daily the current exchange rate in SAP and in financial server table;
Making reports on: customer working situation, distributor bonuses, and expenses in advance.
University Degree;
Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 or 3 years;
Good knowledge of SAP;
Knowledge of English language at intermediate level at least;
Teamwork ability and attention to details.
