- Understand the banking environment and products, financial reporting standards for banks and get deeper knowledge about the functionality of the core banking system, process flows and transactions;
-Knowledge about the financial reporting standards for banks;
-Support sales teams by focusing on maintenance of sales reporting system and development of analytical tools (eg. delivery of monthly profitability reports and key indicators);
-Indinvolved in ensuring that system changes in financial accounting and management accounting are correctly reflected in the reporting system (eg.Profitability reports);
-University degree in Economics - ACCA in progress is a must;
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing;
- 2 years of experience in banking/ financial services/auditing;
- Good knowledge of financial accounting & IFRS or other recognised, generally accepted auditing standards (US or UK GAAP);
- General knowledge of finance and management accounting;
- Computer literate, good command of spreadsheet and/or database software;
- Any other practical IT skills would be highly appreciated;
- Initiative & ability to deal with deadlines;
- Team spirit, integrity and good interpersonal skills.
