HP Volume Direct Operations is responsible to fulfill customer orders for HP Direct business, delivering products and services to Europe/Middle East/Africa Corporate and Enterprise Customers.

The Volume Direct Order Management Processes and Support Team is responsible for developing, deploying, maintaining and supporting business processes and systems to optimize total customer experience, operations cost efficiency and compliance to policies and audit rules for Volume Direct Business.

In the Financial Process Analyst role, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving or developing processes on order flow for the Volume Direct business, focusing on the financial flows associated with order processing, to support new capabilities deployment, operations efficiency gains and compliancy rules, as well as supporting the operational teams on operational issues.

- Develop, maintain and document business processes on financial flow, including links with product categories supply chains, logistics, financial teams.

- Contribute to projects impacting financial flow, including developing business requirements to IT and validate system capabilities and interfacing with related organizations.

- Deploy new processes and tools within operational teams, train Key Users of operational teams on processes and associated transactional systems.

- Support Key Users on operational issues (level 2 support).

- Audit operational teams on process execution.

- Monitor inventory / invoicing backlog and report on activity and execution performance.


CERINTE

Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree.

Fluent in English & local language, both written and oral.

Confirmed order management experience, with a strong focus on associated financial flows.

Experience in process development and projects.

Analytical skills, problem solving capabilities.

Used to information systems, SAP in particular.

Customer oriented.

Teamwork.

Leadership, change management.

Rigor, commitment.
