RESPONSABILITATI

Our client develops intermediating activities for insurance and pension funds based on the confirmed activity of an important GROUP. On markets similar with Romania, from Central and East Europe - Slovakia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, as well as on the experienced specialists from Romania. The company is today a financially strong and international company having access to the best solutions for different products and financial services, represents and recommends opportunities for its own clients.

Main duties and accountabilities:

establishing and developing of necessary procedures for an efficient finance and accounting system, securing the orderly accounting;
securing and preparing of monthly reports for the parent company;
assuring compliance with fiscal regulation, ensuring compliance with tax liability and other financial issues; organization and monitoring of cash, securing the company's liquidity (treasuring);
Securing and preparing of the annual budgets and forecast.
Cerinte:

Minimum 3-5 years satisfactory performance as CFO/Financial Controller/ Financial Manager,
IFRS knowledge required, it's a must,
University degree in Economics, degree in business or similar qualification.
Good level of written and spoken English;
Reliable and trustworthy personality with high interest for a long term commitment;
Authority communication and tactical skills in handling internal relations;
High cost awareness, high responsibility and self driven.
Strong social competence good team worker, but lead at the same time;
Strong in organization, nevertheless flexible, target oriented and able to work under pressure.

Excellent analytical skills;

The holder of this position has to lead, develop and monitor procedures for accounting and IFRS reporting in order to asses and process all financial data for ensuring an effective control.
She/he coordinates and leads the preparation of budgets and forecast in collaboration with General Manager. Furthermore she/he has ensured on time delivery of exact and specific report and comments to the local management as well as to the Head of Group Finance of the parent company.
