- Management reporting of business activities, both financial and operational indicators to internal customers;
- Financial reporting of business activities to external customers, such as the corporate auditors and the autorities ( corporate income, witholding, Value Added Taxes and/or other country-wide or local taxes;
- Financing and taxation of transactions with clients or Head Office, transfer pricing, and/or its affiliated companies;
- Transfer of Romanian statutory accounting into IFRS compliant figures for group reporting purposes;
- Consolidation of company's Romanian activities;
- Management of all administrative systems used within the company;
- Management of the cash-flow, analysis and control over cash flow, foreign currencies and instruments;
- Budgeting;
- Calculation of the company's external and internal tariffs;
- Inter-company agreements for the hiring of staff from other countries and other support within client network;
- Financial analysis of activity and financial performance on projects;
- Supervision of finance staff.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as Financial Manager, international exposure would be an asset;
- University degree in finance;
- Language skills: Romanian and English, both fluent verbally and in writing;
- Comunicative, initiating, adapts easily to continuously changing circumstances, strong personality.
