RESPONSABILITATI

The Financial Manager provides both operational and management support to the organization supervising the finance unit on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the optimizing business process.

Responsibilities:

Supervising the entire accounting, financial and fiscal activity of the company;
Managing day to day operations of the Accounting Department inline with internal procedures and to manage team members’ inline with the company’s employee’s charter;
Develop and continuous improve financial controls and processes within the company;
Production of monthly Financial and Management Accounts within agreed deadlines;
Managing cash flow, ensuring integrity of cash, receivables and payable management and tax supervision;
Being responsible for costs' allocation and analyses;
Overseeing the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization;
Overseeing all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants;
Developing and maintaining systems of internal control to safeguard financial assets of the organization;
Monitoring banking activities of the organization and ensuring adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs;
Overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
Preparation of annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts;
Carry out ad-hoc projects and reports as requested;
Working closely with the Managing Director on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships;
Assisting in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help growth plans;
Training the Accounting Dpt and implementing new working procedures in order to achieve the wanted results;


CERINTE

Qualifications:

At least 5 years in a finance function in a multinational environment/company;
Excellent analytical skills;
Demonstrable high level of experience in using computers to improve efficiency of work processes and quality of information;
Experience in SAP is an advantage;
High level of written and verbal skills in English;
Previous experience in a production company;

This person should be an energetic self-starter with a healthy dissatisfaction of the status quo and healthy skepticism of easy answers. He/she must be results oriented and be able to create goals within his/her functions and organization, consistent with those of the finance function, and develop shared responsibility for the achievement of those goals. He/she must have strong communication skills to properly interact with other departments. He/she should have a strong financial and analytical background coupled with business acumen. In addition, he/she must be aware of, and conform to, the highest standards of professional and ethical behavior.
