RESPONSABILITATI

Manage financial funds flow of the Company and regulate financial relations in order to efficiently use all kinds of resources in the process of realization of goods, works, and services
Operational management and control of Company’s assets
Budget planning
Provide the compliance of actual business activities with romania legislation system in conjunction with Chief Accountant
Conduct direct negotiations with commercial banks, other credit institutions and external organizations on credit questions.
Analyze of financial and economic state of the Company (analysis of accounting reporting, horizontal and vertical analysis, trends’ analysis, calculation of financial factors).
Analyze received applications on expenses with affirmed budgets with the aim of theirs approval within the limits of budget sum
Analyze all Company expenditures, including bank and cash desk
Control observance and improvement of working standards within the Cash Desk Department.
Ensure and control that Cash Desk employees ( department) fulfill all the procedures, instructions and orders in a timely and correct manner.
Organize timely corrections in the current procedures as well as development and implementation of new instructions which are necessary in regard to the changes of business or legislation.
Ensure and control availability of all necessary documents for the operational activity of the Cash Desk, which are required by legislation.
Conduct analysis of the cash desk and bank equipment market and work out suggestions on using the latest equipment in the Cashier’s work with the aim of operational efficiency
