- To back-up the managerial activity through financial analysis concerning the costs and the company’s interest;
- To create the financial and economical strategy;
- To make available all information required for management decisions related to shareholders, customers, suppliers, banks and other juridical entities, according to financial legislation in force, to the general manager
- To get involved in optimizing the use of resources, the budget draft, cost control implementation and deployment;
- To be up to date with issues related to financial accounting, taxes and financial legislation;
- To develop strategies for revenue growth and cost minimization;
- To draft cost-benefit analysis;
- To coordinate efficiently the subordinate team and to solve all problematic issues;
- To supervise the company’s management of financial resource.
- University graduate – Economics;
- At least 5 years experience in financial field, with strong knowledge of financial analysis, accountancy, cost control and financial reports;
- At least 3 years experience in a middle managerial position, in which gave the opportunity to coordinate both financial accountancy activities and team of specialists;
- Advanced English level;
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, also financial accountancy programs, including financial analysis and financial reports modules;
- Strong knowledge in financial accountancy legislation and financial administration.
