- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process, based on the business objectives;
- Set up / optimize procedures and implement processes to ensure that all financial operations including payroll, tax, management accounting are properly managed;
- Implement reliable financial control systems, procedures and policies;
- Manage financial analyzes and recommend specific measures to increase productivity and profitability;
- Provide in time accurate and complete financial and management reports in accordance with Group requirements;
- Re-organize the current financial-accounting team according to business requirments and standards, seting-up KPI's for each team;
- Build up / optimize the financial - accounting team; lead and coach the subordinates in order to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all tasks within the finance department;
- Suggest development strategies according to company policy;
- Liaise with Group financial function in terms of reporting, information flow, etc.
- Economical University degree;
- 3-5 years experience with reporting/forecasting in multinational company, the best IFRS experience, as well;
- good knowledge of financial legislation (local accounting and taxes);
- high cost awareness, high responsibility and self driven;
- energetic in order to be able to push changes especially in accounting and cost control processes;
- interested in a polyvalent structure with autonomy and prospectives to grow-up;
- knowledge in administrative netowork;
- communication and organization skills are required;
- good level of written and spoken English (French is an advantage).
Reporting:
Financial Manager will report directly to the Bussines Unit Director.
In terms of team management, the Financial Manager will lead Reporting, Payroll, Cost Control and Accounting departments.
