Requirements:
- economical background with strong experience in accounting and financial planning;
- at least two years of relevant working experience in business environment and/or non-governmental international agencies.
- excellent managerial skills, interpersonal approach and experience in growing and developing your team;
- very organized and motivated person, with good analytical skills and ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment
- very good analytical and planning abilities;
- excellent business English knowledge and computer skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- ensure compliance with all current legal, agreed and internal standards;
- be in charge with regular provision of required internal, external reports and financial projections;
- be in charge with planning and contracts;
- ensure annual budgeting and continuous budget control;
- actively manage finance, tax and insurance matters;
- supervise and coordinate the finance and accounting procedures;
- develop and manage the Financial Department team.
