RESPONSABILITATI

- Plans, organises, coordinates and controls the financial-accounting activity of the Financial-Accounting Department in a start-up share capital company
- Prepares and implements the company¿s financial policies and procedures
- Prepares and follows up the company annual budgets
- Implements the accounts plan
- Takes active part in the negotiation of contracts with clients and suppliers
- Liaises with external auditors as appropriate
- Prepares and implements a reporting system to the Company Board
- Reports directly to the General Manager and the Company Board


CERINTE

- Academy of Economic Studies graduate;
- Advanced English knowledge (mandatory);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Relevant working experience in a multinational corporation

- Solid knowledge of Romanian tax legislation (mandatory);
- Reporting in IAS/ US GAAP, IFRS
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience with integrated information systems
- Excellent managerial and communication skills

- Analytical mind, attention to details, good negotiation skills
- Dynamic, flexible and stress resistant person
- Ability to meet deadlines and make decisions
