¿ Secure full understanding of FI partner¿s objectives; identify solutions adressing partner¿s objective and handle all objections in a documented, proffessional, persuasive manner
¿ Secure full understanding of internal processes within FI partners organization, develop logical sequences taking into account all opportunities and limitations
¿ Ensure full project managemnt, by securing internal and external commitment for every development and implementation stage

¿ Project planning and step by step timely implementation, securing full compliance with internal policies and authorizations.
