This person will work together with a team of professionals in the field of industrial equipment for the automotive industry, participating in developing and implementing financial strategies and systems in order to meet profit and business objectives.
The main responsibilities:
- Managing the Finance & Accounting Team to meet the Company strategies and goals
- Coordinating preparation and monitoring of the Company units budget
- Reporting on monthly basis individual and consolidated financial statements, by activity and cost center
- Reporting to the General Manager and Shareholders
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a successful Financial Director/ Manager
- Bachelor's MBA/ ACCA degrees are required or equivalent combination of education and experience; expert Accountant Certification and is a strong asset
- Fluency in English, computer literate
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of controlling and accounting
- Experience in stock management and import-export operations
- Strong leadership skills, capability to act with diplomacy at all levels of the company
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to details, very well organized
- Learning ability, able to work under pressure, integrity, innovative and creative
- Problem solving work approach, committed to achieve goals, able to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the department
