Responsabilities:
•Manages preparation of Annual Budget, reviews results against plan and recommends adjustments of the company‘s budget;
•Manages cashflow and bank relations to maximize returns;
•Manages financial analyzes and recommends specific measures to increase productivity and profitability;
•Manages forecasting and analysis section within Financial Department in order to provide accurate financial information of the company for internal and external clients;
•Prepares capital budgeting for short and long term projects;
•Prepares weekly reports on the sector’s activities and progress towards achieving objectives;
•Provides explanations of financial status, analyzes and forecasts different financial scenarios;
•Supports internal and external auditors during the auditing process; ensures archiving according to established procedures;
•Manages preparation and updating of procedures for the financial department;
•Leads people by promoting collaboration and teamwork within the department;
•Develops and implements a control system that ensures accurate data into the computerized financial system;
•Establishes strategic, tactical and operational objectives for the department.
•University degree in an appropriate field (accounting, finance, business administration);
•5years experience in Finance or Business Administration; 3 year experience in a supervisory position;
•Excellent knowledge in IFRS, Romanian GAAP and Romanian Tax law;
•Excellent knowledge of budgeting methodology;
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Romanian;
•Good knowledge of PC utilization including word processor, spreadsheets and databases utilization knowledge;
•Good planning and organizing skills;
•Excellent analytical approach; ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines; strong leadership;
•Good initiative with orientation towards action, excellent motivator, orientation towards teamwork, quality oriented person, performance oriented person.
