RESPONSABILITATI

The Comptroller is responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative oversight assuring achievement of the financial objectives in operational effectiveness and efficiency, reliable financial reporting, and ensure the company is in full compliance with Romanian laws, regulations and policies.


Key knowledge, skills and abilities:
Assist with preparation company budget
Implement financial policies and procedures to maximize financial stability of the company 
Establish and maintain cash controls
Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
Monitor cash reserves and investments
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Establish and maintain supplier accounts
Processes supplier invoices
Maintain the purchase order system
Ensure data is entered into the system
Issue payments
Ensure security for all company credit cards/bank accounts and verify charges
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized
Supervising the Accounting system
Prepare income statements
Recommend and implement any austerity measure as required to keep company financially sound.
Prepare balance sheets and monthly financial statements
Prepare quarterly reports and report on variances- US GAP
Assist with the annual audit and oversee the accounting department
Maintain the computerized accounting system
Maintain financial files and records
Manage the bi-weekly payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurateand timely manner
Verify and code time payroll and labor to profit ratio, recommend reduction in employees or costs
Calculate employee salaries, deductions and contributions
Review payroll reports
Calculate source and miscellaneous deductions
Report weekly recommendations to the Group Chief Financial Officer

demonstrate sound work ethics

Desired experience level: MBA in Accounting or Business Administration and/or completion of second
level of a recognized accounting program combined with related financial experience.(Bank, financial industry experience).
