REPORTING:
- Responsible with the monthly report, margins, Profit & Loss for the Group
- Monthly comments and analysis for Actual vs. Budget
- Requests explanations for Actual vs Budget and deviations
- Cooperation with operational departments in order to be connected ti the business development
- Other ad-hoc reports
CONTROLLING:
- Supervising the correct usage of the costs centers
- Constant checking of the P&L and balance sheets accounts to ensure the compliance with the Group reporting requirements
- Making recommendations and controlling the policies regarding accounting and cost control reports
- Checking the feasibility studies and supervising the investments budget
BUDGETING:
- Participate in the Budget and Forecast preparation; preparation of the support information, centralize the information form the operational department
- Analyze the deviations of actual performances versus budget
- Bachelor in Finance or Accounting,
- ACCA would be helpful
- Excellent knowledge in financial, accounting, economics and legislation area
- Excellent reporting abilities according to the local and international standards
- Minimum 4 -5 years experience in finance – accounting area
- Excellent abilities in planning, coordination and organizing
- Capable to perform in a highly demanding and fast -pace professional environment
- Able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities
- Very good level of English (written and spoken)
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Access)
Would be an advantage:
- Familiar with financial software packages such as SAP/ Oracle
