Develops/creates new management information/accounting reports;
Prepares reports for management accounting purposes on a regular basis;
Analyzes and interprets results in relation to operational and financial developments;
Supports budgeting, business planning & control process;
Identifies and helps implement process improvements in the areas of financial closing and administration;
Improves consistency of information provided by different systems and departments within the company (reconciliations, definitions and measurements);
Coordinates implementation of datawarehouse and MIS reporting on behalf of the financial department
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recomandations related to MIS reports;
Tracks progress during implementation phase, identifying, reporting and solving issues;
Organises and participates in testing of newly delivered reports;
Provides ad-hoc analysis on performance of specific parts of the organization (products, channels, departments);
Provides performance reports to various stakeholders (e.g. Executive team, Board of Directors, shareholder);
Provides commercial and operational Key Performance Indicators to identify efficiency and effectiveness of the organization;
Analyses key performance indicators by doing historical comparisons and relevant benchmarks;
Provides up-to-date analysis of actual costs versus budget;
Proposes actions to improve internal performance and cost control;
Participates in budgeting and forecasting process;
At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience within financial area;
Knowledge of (insurance and pensions) accounting;
Understanding of the concept of information management, database structures and data integrity; ability to serve as counterparty for IT department;
English - fluently;
Good analyzing and synthesizing skills;
Pro-active, solution-oriented attitude;
Good communication skills and social antenna, team player;
University degree in Economics
