Raiffeisen International Bank Holding AG (RI) – Member of RZB Group decided in October 2006 to build a Shared Service Centre (SSC) for its SWIFT and international payments services in the CEE countries. The aim of this decision was to start the centralization process of the various services with the purpose of streamlining the operation and taking advantage of the resulting economies of scale among the 18 Raiffeisen entities active in the CEE area.
The company - Centralised Raiffeisen International Services & Payments S.R.L. ('CRISP') was registered on 22nd of February 2007, received its accreditation as a SWIFT Service Bureau on 15th March and started its activities in April; since then it already provide services to 11 network units of the RI Group in 9 different countries.
CRISP is now actively looking for a Financial Controller...
The main tasks of the position will include
-development of the financial controlling function in the company (including product/unit cost calculation),
-preparation of the annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts (company and individual cost centre as applicable),
-budget monitoring,
interface with external accounting company and responsible Group reporting units,
-preparation of reports/presentations for Management/Supervisory Board,
-preparation/review of business case and of cost-benefit analysis
The position benefits from a recognised status in the company and reports directly to the General Manager.
-A solid background and several years of experience in a financial controlling or assimilated function...
-Several years of experience in a financial controller role or similar position.
-Able to work independently.
-Good command of English language is mandatory.
-Exposure to the banking/financial services industry is a plus in view of the nature of the services provided.
