RESPONSABILITATI

This position will be to perform various in-country accounting, financial and general office functions of both a routine and non-routine nature in accordance with company policies and procedures, in-country regulatory requirements, tax requirements and in-country generally accepted accounting principals.
- Liaison between the In-Country entity and Corporation Systems ; This resource is pro active in reviewing monthly financial results to identify local and US GAAP differences and further assist with corrective action.
- Start-up and Integration of In-Country operations into PSC Corporate Processes and Business Practices; This resource will also be responsible for office administration, in-country services agreements with third parties, banking, purchasing and all other general back office support to the in-country operations.
- Oversight and Coordination of Statutory Reporting and Corporation Board Meetings: This resource coordinates and facilitates the quarterly and annual foreign (in country) regulatory filings per local requirements and Company Systems Corporation standards. In addition, this resource assures orderly processes to the required foreign company board meetings and company resolutions.
- Compliance with audit requirements: This resource coordinates all audit programs and ensures all the accounting, documentation is compliant with the audit requirements both statutory and Company Systems corporate.
- Local Treasury: Will be responsible for the banking operations, treasury risk management etc., and will work closely with global treasury


CERINTE

- Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Sound accounting, financial and business skills.
- Minimum 5+ years accounting and finance experience.
- Appropriate baccalaureate degree or equivalent.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and country language.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with various cultures and business practices.
- Work experience with US publicly traded company and experience with US GAAP.
- CPA, MBA or Chartered Accountant.
- PeopleSoft application experience.
- Commercial and financial experience with broad competencies in banking/legal/tax/purchasing/contract administration and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical skills necessary to examine, detect and resolve problems relating to business back office operations and administration of company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and good business operating procedures
