Our client is one of the most important engineering company, which development is requiring a new position of:
Fiancial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Provide the necessary information of financial kind, in order to adopt the right decisions at management level.
- Ensure all the information related to the annual and medium term plans elaboration. Elaboration of alternative plan variants and their negotiations with the department managers as well as collecting main of the recommendations for the FM.
-Elaborate monthly sales analyses in terms of margin, by item and by segment.
- Analyses of monthly operating result and comparing it with the planned figures and the figures from the year before
-Guarantee the cost analyses after individual cost centers according to the demands of the management. Monthly analyses IC costs and fixed costs.
-Separate evaluation for trade promotion costs of concrete clients.
- Collect the suggestions for costs optimization, from the management team.
-Quarterly estimation of the results evolution based on the monthly operating result, YTD and YTG.
- Estimates adjustment together with the FM and inform the parent company about results.
-Elaboration of the specific ad hoc analyses, on request, for the purpose of the support of respective departments with the daily activity.
-Ensure the necessary support for audit activity.
-Evaluation of the investments, return of investments and recognizing potential savings.
- Efficiency analyses of promotional activity/item.
-Cash-flow planning and reporting
- Regular Reports
-University Degree in Finance/Accounting
-Min. 3 years of experience in a controlling position within an international company
-Profit oriented and understanding of economic and financial aspects
-Fluency in written and spoken English;
-Computer knowledge (experience with ERP systems)
-Excellent analytical skills
-Very organized, nevertheless flexible
-Excellent management, communication and negotiation skills
-Awareness of responsibility
-Quality conscious and fine observer of details
-Target oriented, capable of working under stress
