RESPONSABILITATI

You will be responsible for all operations related to finance and personnel.

In the Finance Administration area you will:
Prepare reports to authorities and Group and liaise with Group financial controllers, banks and auditors
Prepare financial budgets and forecasts
Control and coordinate the accounting/financial administration and HR related processes (both permanent staff and associated experts) in order to ensure the validity and legal compliance of all administrative documents (e.g. accounting and tax reports, payroll documents, etc.)
Control and coordinate the financial administration of projects (act as supervisor of the Project Managers)
Check and endorse contracts with customers, suppliers and employees.
Monitor the cash flow according to company rules
Issue invoices to customers and pay invoices from suppliers
Follow-up on overdue invoices according to the agreed strategy
Establish a filing system for all financial related documents, including personnel documents
Prepare the book keeping
Assist in preparing financial tenders

In the HR Administration area you will:
Draft salary slips and pay actual salaries and other benefits
Up-date labour records/contracts and ensure compliance with tax/contribution rules
Ensure overall compliance with HR policies at the legal, corporate and company level


CERINTE

Duty station:
You will work in the Bucharest office with some travel to Denmark to liaise with Ramboll Headquarters.

Reporting to:
Generally to the Director of Ramboll Romania for all business activities.

Key performance indicators:
Compliance to reporting schedule (target: 100%)
Ensure positive cash flow

Key qualifications:
Economy & Finance ¿¿¿ higher education
IAS and RO accounting standards ¿¿¿ detailed knowledge
ERP experience
English ¿¿¿ fluent
