RESPONSABILITATI

You will be responsible for all operations related to finance and personnel.

In the Finance Administration area you will:
Prepare reports to authorities and Group and liaise with Group financial controllers, banks and auditors
Prepare financial budgets and forecasts
Control and coordinate the accounting/financial administration and HR related processes (both permanent staff and associated experts) in order to ensure the validity and legal compliance of all administrative documents (e.g. accounting and tax reports, payroll documents, etc.)
Control and coordinate the financial administration of projects (act as supervisor of the Project Director/Controller)
Check and endorse contracts with customers, suppliers and employees
Control the cash box and cash payments according to company rules
Issue invoices to customers and pay invoices from suppliers
Follow-up on overdue invoices according to the agreed strategy
Establish a filing system for all financial related documents, including personnel documents

In the HR Administration area you will:
Secure and check time sheets for all employees and associated experts on the payroll
Draft salary slips and pay actual salaries and other benefits
Up-date labour records/contracts and ensure compliance with tax/contribution rules
Identifiy and interview potential staff
Ensure overall compliance with HR policies at the legal, corporate and company level.


CERINTE

Key qualifications:
Economy & Finanace - higher education
IAS and RO accounting standards - detailed knowledge
ERP experience
English - fluent
