- Controlling the inventory transactions, and the inventory accounting module (purchase and sales modules);
- Controlling the execution and trade contracts for purchase and sales of goods and related services;
- Permanent communication and reconciliation with all silos of stock, receivable and payable accounts;
- Verification of the postings of the cost centers, profit centers and the internal codification of the commodity and locations/branches;
- Trade finance operator responsibilities;
- Putting in place the internal auditor functions and procedures;
- Participating to the elaboration of the management monthly group reporting package according to US GAAP;
- Reconciliation and supervision of receivable and payable accounts;
- Reporting on Silo and/or investment (also to HQ) quarterly and/or monthly;
- Analysis and strictly supervising of the investment and constructions in progress;
- Other responsibilities related to financial and controlling activities which are part of a detailed job description.
- Formation: academic background / degree in economics;
- Previous experience on a similar position: min. 3 years;
- US GAAP;
- English: advanced level / good command;
- PC proficiency;
- Leadership, strong negotiating ability;
- Team player, stress resistance;
- Analytical thinking manner, results oriented;
- Responsible, open minded, dynamic and strong personality.
