-Develop all the work of accounting/finance department, design and implement procedures, choose and implement IT system.
-Responsibility for company’s accounting
-Responsibility for company’s tax issues
-Supporting business decisions
-External reporting (according to IAS)
-Internal management reporting

-Cost control
-Finance management
-Introduction and supervision of internal control procedures
-Good command of English (oral and written)
-Education in finance/accounting
-Business-oriented
-Knowledge of Romanian and International Accounting Standards
-Working experience in accounting/audit
-Quick learner
-Open to new things, ready to develop
-Some experience in working for international companies would be an advantage.
OTHER COMMENTS:
The “ideal” candidate is a person involved in accountancy/audit/accounting services who wants to design and develop all the systems in new company and who intends to gradually move from accountancy into controlling together with company’s development.
