RESPONSABILITATI

-Preparation of all group reporting;

-Analyze and present information ; trends, variances, reconciliations;

-Reports building;

-Supervise the month end closing and prepare the month end analysis. Present and discuss the results with FD at the end of each month;

-Assist and/or prepare ad-hoc information requirements with remote supervision;

-Controlling activities: stocks, accruals, expenses, analysis of distributor performance, suppliers spend efficiency analysis, overheads control. Ability to present relevant conclusions for business decision making;

-Budgeting ; preparation of budgets and forecast ; P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Working capital, etc. Plan the activity, coordinate with departments, follow-up with people involved;

-Cash flow forecast;

-Detects problems and agrees solutions. Proposes recommendations for costs efficiency, analysis tools;

-Explain results in a professional manner;

-ERP: be able to understand and use the information in the system; create reports; extract accurate and complete information; propose developments in order to customize the system in accordance with the needs;

-Gives feedback and support to the other departments by providing information and analysis;

-Contribute to the preparation of internal procedures, processes, information and documents flows within the company;

- Determined period of 1 year and 4 months.


CERINTE

The candidate must have a combination of analysis, accounting and ERP work experience. He/she must be able to have the overview of the business, accounting and systems points of view, identify the needs for improvement and have the initiative to implement the necessary projects. The skills required are:

-Very good analytical skills;

-Previous experience in budgeting, reporting and analysis;

-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ability to control results and provide correct and reliable information;

-Presentation skills – ability to present in a synthetic, structured and relevant manner requested information; ability to draft a presentation on financial information;

-Deliver timely and accurate information;

-Have a pro-active, positive attitude;

-Very good English;

-Good knowledge of the IFRS accounting standards;

-Previous working experience with ERP system; system implementation track record is a plus;

-Ability to organize, solve problems, flexibility, able to adapt to new situations, initiative;

-Experience in the distribution business would be a benefit.
