RESPONSABILITATI

-Supervise and coordinate the following finance functions: controlling, budgeting and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and reports, budgets and forecasts and management information;
-Build new internal controls or strengthen current ones;
-Liaise with other departments to implement (i.e. document and follow up execution) robust business and financial processes;
-Build new financial reports (where and when necessary) in order to trace key performance indicators and will add value towards management information;
-Maintain and develop a reliable forecasting/budgeting tool within the business;
-Strengthen accounting practices and ensure compliance;
-Review completeness and accuracy of bookkeeping;
-Ensure system integrity and data accuracy within the reporting systems and financial reports as well;
-Prepare the Financial Statements based on IFRS and Law 1752 (daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the management);


CERINTE

-University Degree in Economics, Accountancy and/or Business Management;
-4-5 years finance experience with exposure to controlling, auditing, accounting and financial analysis; experience in audit companies would be a big plus;
-Excellent knowledge and command of IFRS and the IAS relevant to food production industry;
-Excellent technical and analytical skills;
-Excellent ERP and PC skills (ERP project implementation experience preferable);
-Proven successful experience in managing/developing teams;
-Fluent in English;
-Able to work under tight deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities;
-Initiative, solution and action oriented;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-Mature and reliable person able to assume full responsibility over his/her duties.
