• Assists the preparation of budgets, reviews results against plan and recommends adjustments of the company‘s budget;
• Provides explanations of financial status, analyzes and forecasts different financial scenarios;
• Manages preparation and updating of relevant procedures
• Develops and implements a control system that ensures accurate data into the computerized financial system;
• Provides the management with regular updated business information & financial expertise as necessary and also the monthly management reports;
• Funding i.e. cash flow projections, hedging accounting.
• Participating at group controlling projects: calculating the specific performance indicators and making improvement suggestions;
• Coordinating the monthly closing and reviewing the accounting reports;
• Preparing and developing monthly reports to the group and local management.
• Good knowledge of RAS and IFRS
• Finance and Accounting education and certifications (CECCAR, CAR, ACCA etc. is an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years experience in accounting/auditing with a big corporation/ auditor
• ERP working experience -SAP is an advantage
• Microsoft Office applications: advanced Excel, Word, Access
• Fluency in English (German is an advantage)
• Ability to meet the dead-lines
• Good communication and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical thinking, with structured logical approach;
• Proactive attitude and results oriented.
