- Supervise reporting and accounting activity under NBR rules, US GAAP and IFRS, insuring accurate and timely financial reporting (financial statements and monthly reports);
- Analysis of results for shareholders and for funding sources. Monitor compliance with financial covenants as set by the financing sources;
- Insure strong controls in place in the company, compliance with financial covenants set by NBR, with tax regulations and with shareholders' requirements;
- Proposing and implementing improvements / changes in existing internal procedures and in system to improve eficiency and to insure strong controls are in place. Identifying required resources, tools and input from other departments (IT,etc) for implementing changes / improvements;
- Updating internal procedures (when necessary) according to changes in Romanian legislation, IFRS, US GAAP;
- Providing controlling inputs and requirements for launching new products;
- Supervising account reconciliation to insure accurate accounting information;
- Managing the relation with internal and external auditors;
- Coordinating external advisory projects.
- University degree ( graduaded economic studies);
- Managerial / leading experience on a similar position 1-2 years within a company that reports IFRS or in an accounting/audit company;
- ACCA graduate (or similar) represents an advantage;
- Good PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.);
- English language command ( written and spoken);
- Active, team oriented person, leadership skills, project manajement;
- Ability to respect the reporting deadlines.
