RESPONSABILITATI

- Contributes to the achievement & optimization of agreed business objectives for the organization;
- Provides advice to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends related to the activity of the assigned business area;
- Ensures timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data for the operational departments for which he will be in charge;
- Supports and challenges these operational departments, identifies action plans for improving efficiency or for reducing costs;
- Ensures timely communication of the financial information to these operational departments and to the Group;
- Takes part in the preparation of budget/estimates and follows up the actual results vs budget/estimates for the Operational Departments and Capital expenditure;
- Takes an active role during the month closing by preparing/reviewing all the reports required by the Group regarding Capital expenditure and related costs.
- Develops and monitors budget/estimates for the assigned departments;
- Coordinates and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyzes and reports variances;
- Conducts periodic audits of actual expenses, and budget/estimates comparisons to actual.
- Takes an active role in challenging the results of the assigned area and proposes ways of optimization.


CERINTE

- University degree – Economics (preferably, but not mandatory);
- Minimum 2 years experience in controlling/financial analysis (accounting or auditing experience is also welcomed);
- Experience in financial analysis in purchasing, industrial or logistic activity is a plus.
- Very good computer skills (Excel, Access);
- SAP knowledge and previous experience is a plus;
- English - advanced (mandatory);
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
- Team-player;
- Argumentative approach/ influencing skills;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliable person able to assume responsibility.
