The Financial controller be in charge with Project's financial management, financial reporting according to national accounting standards and IAS, internal control and co-operation with the World Bank and external auditors.
Eligible candidates shall have an minimal requirements:
- master degree in Accounting- Finance or equivalent;
- at least 5 years relevant work experience ( including at least 2 years experience as financial manager ) in private sector, governmental departments or public sector;
- experience in IAS / IFRS;
- good command of English and computer proficiency are mandatory
