-Analyze & interpret performance indicators in commercial area
- Ensure effective performance management of the company, through the analysis of actual results and KPI’s, appropriate communication of opportunities and action plan proposals
- Challenge the plans arising from the planning process
- Support the target setting and cascading process for the entity, aiming to increase Commercial EBITDA
- Using internal and external insight and analyses, develop and propose promotion and discount policy
- Support implementation of all global marketing, sales and distribution tools and programs
- University degree / Master’s degree in Economics, Business
- The ideal candidates will have finance / controlling experience with a very good understanding or practice of the marketing / sales areas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the above mentioned areas
- Understanding of IT systems/processes
- Fluent in English
- Time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Effective communication
- Capability to drive change
- Structured logical approach
