RESPONSABILITATI

1. Financial organisation
He / She is in charge of co-ordination and development of the financial organisation within the companies.
He / She sets objectives for the financial team (including outsourcing partners), leads its work and determines priorities in relation with the objectives after approval of the Country Manager.
He / She co-ordinates the co-operation with auditing company by the preparation of yearly financial statement

2. Implementation and execution of the international and Group’s standards in respect to the accounting, reporting and controlling standards and special Group’s projects

3. Reporting
He / She is responsible to carry out the following financial reporting duties

A/Monthly financial report for the Group
B/Quarterly Consolidation reporting
C/Yearly financial statement and financial report
D/Monthly reports for the country management and as required for company’s management
E/Other financial reports as required


4. Budgeting

1. He / She is responsible for the co-ordination of yearly budget preparation and for the preparation of the consolidated Group’s budget and business plan
2. He / She advises the company’s management and other team members involved in the budget process on all questions related with budget works
3. He / She follows up the Budget fulfilment, examines the differences and issues the related reports for the company’s and country management.

5. Financial controlling
1. Control of accounting process in respect to the Internal Rules and Procedures
2. Cost control
3. Control of investments
4. Control of social, fiscal and legal declarations

5.Treasury –cash management

1. Draws up the cash planning and follow the cash management
2. Controls the receivables management and Supplier’s and public charges settlements

6.Other
a/ Special projects assigned by the Country Manager

He / She will be also expected to be constantly aware of all factors, likely to effect business conditions for Group’s companies being political or economic and report these to the Country management along with recommendation for future actions.


CERINTE

University degree in economics - ASE or similar.
Foreign languages - fluent English obligatory. German - an advantage.
PC literate =MSOffice, browsing, e-mail.

Skills in organizing, planning, controlling, assessment, negotiation.
Good communication skills
Capable to work on strict deadlines and under pressure;
