-delivers monthly IFRS consolidated financial statements (P&L budget variances, cash-flow forecast and variances) and other management reports;
-assures the concordance between internal regular IFRS financial statements and the annual financial statement audited according to IFRS at companies level, divisional level and consolidated at group level;
-coordinates the financial audit for whole group and assures the interface with auditors, supervises the preparation of the individual annual P&L and BS in IFRS format by leading the team of financial controllers and chief accountants from divisional level;
-supervises the methodological annual preparation of the consolidated OPEX and CAPEX budget and monitors monthly the budget variances together with the division financial controllers;
-assures annual optimization of the budgeting methodology for divisional level and for the group consolidated level;
-analyzes periodic financial reports, offers support for identifying the causes and preparing proposals for corrective measures in the case of negative actual/budget deviations;
-supervises the activities of financial analysis, cost control, forecast preparation and specific analysis on investment and operational projects consolidated to group level;
-implements and monitors the department¿s financial corporate strategy approved by the CFO, in respect of financial reporting and analysis, elaborating and optimization of specific IFRS and RAS accounting politics and procedures in collaboration with external consultants in the respective area;
-coordinates, leads and organizes the activity of the corporate reporting and financial analysis compartments;
-monitors the financial performance of the operational activity by the use of specific indicators compared to field¿s benchmarks;
-assures the roll of team leader in the implementation project of a new ERP from the financial point of view.
-ASE degree;
-good knowledge of IFRS and RAS (ACCA is an advantage but not a must);
-minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, with similar attributions, in a group of companies or major company in services field and/or minimum 2 years of experience in a Big Four Company;
-strong MS Office skills;
-proficiency in English;
-strong analytical skills and helicopter view of the business;
