Assist the task teams with preparation of invoices for the clients ensuring that the desired target ratios are achieved;
Ensure that appropriate project codes are established and that staff are aware of the project coding structure;
Ensure the time reporting codes are set up and that all staff are aware of the time reporting requirements and report their time on a timely and accurate basis;
Work closely with the country/task teams in ensuring consistency between the expenses, billing and revenue collection;
Prepare the financial reports for the country office for all the transactions;
Assist management in office and facilities planning and ensure all fixed office costs related to the company is billed to the clients with appropriate documentation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Relevant Associate degree (e.g. Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce);
A minimum of two years experience in administration or finance, preferably with emphasis on accounting and controls, and budget management;
Minimum knowledge of SAP is required;
Detailed oriented individual with strong analytical, conceptual and evaluative skills: ability to develop and share good practices;
Experience preparing and monitoring budgets and monitoring expenses relative to planned allocations;
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multicultural matrix environment;
Proficiency in English and Excel’s data manipulation and database management system.
