- Thoroughly Examines Business Unit’ s performance and assists Business Heads in key decision making processes;
- Obtains info from MIS Department and drill down further to analyse;
- Provides info on Financial Parameters to Business Heads for better understanding;
- Critiques the performance (variance analysis, optimization of spends etc);
- Assists in better budgetary control;
- Analyses and verifies business forecasts;
- Works to formulate Trading schemes and the financial impacts;
- Benchmark against other Pharma Companies.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills – team player;
- Experience in MIS and Budgeting;
- Computer skills (Experience in ERP);
- Good communication skills in English;
