-Preparing special analytical Accounts Payable reports & metrics
-Research production issues & perform root cause analysis to identify production error or compliance issues and coordinate the team response
-Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders to maximize customer service and meet Service Level Agreements
-Coordinate team production meetings and lead the analysis of production results/workload
-Support the development of invoice processing colleagues ensuring staff are motivated through effective performance management
-Proactive involvement in determining and implementing best practices.
-Available to travel abroad, for 8 weeks
-Position is located in Bucharest
-University Degree
-At least 1 year of experience in finance and accounting area
-Previous experience as a Junior Financial Analyst would be a plus
-Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
-Working experience with ERP systems (Oracle Financials, SAP, JD Edwards, etc. )
-Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
-Very good communication skills
-Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit
