RESPONSABILITATI

-Ensure delivery in time of annual consolidated group Business Plan and monthly Rolling Forecast;
-Provide monthly analyses of actual vs plan;
-Analyze any group investment proposal;
-Manage Group Business Plan process: design templates, schedule activities with all managers involved, follow up to comply with agreed deadlines, consolidate budgets (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and P&L by segment), provide and incorporate feedback from all departments, provide trend/bridge analyses for key business indicators;
-Prepare monthly Group Management Reporting Pack, including variance analyses and Year to Date/Year to Go trends and forecast;
-Manage monthly Rolling Forecast process to incorporate latest changes in the business and impact on key business indicators;
-Provide ad hoc support for any business decisions in other departments (cost savings projects/opportunities, cost/benefits analyses etc);
-Provide Investment appraisal support for any business expansion or acquisitions;
-Manage and develop the Team of 3 finance analysts.


CERINTE

-CIMA/ACCA certified or advanced stages is preferred;
-Good English knowledges;
-Good Excel knowledges;
-Good RAS and IAS knowledges;
-Similar previous experience;
-Ability to manage a team;
-Ability to communicate with other departments and to understand specific needs;
-Business understanding is crucial to be able to improve level of service provided by Finance function to other departments according to business needs;
-Ability to cope with targeted tight reporting deadlines.
