RESPONSABILITATI

Job Purpose
The role will support Delivery Controller in analyzing Maintenance and Local Development revenue and costs, provide support in reporting, budgeting & forecasting.

Responsibilities:
• Monthly call with finance staff to ensure proper forecasting process and tools are used;
• Ad-hoc advice center for Finance staff to ask questions about Maintenance and Local Development Operational procedures/systems and vice-versa;
• Work with systems team to improve reporting tools and provide input; material when designing and improving finance platforms e.g. Hyperion and Oracle;
• Co-ordinate and analyze Regional inputs into 3 Year Plan and Budgeting process;
• Liaise with several SSC and regional teams to provide Global reporting to senior management including:
• Attrition stats;
• Maintenance cause of change;
• Variance analysis;
• Maintenance charge out rates;
• Validation of CPI rates;
• Challenge and advise regional teams on maintenance recognition and work with regions and corporate to identify risks and opportunities;
• Validation and tracking of local development re-classes from Services;
• Co-ordinate and report on local development standard cost recharge;
• Co-ordinate with regional finance capacity reporting to understand correct allocation of resources;
• T-Force (the Temenos Sales tool) data integrity testing and review;
• Internal & external Audit liaison.


CERINTE

• Prior experience in a complex multi-national and multi-cultural environment ;
• University Educated and Full/Part qualified accountant would be advantageous;
• Audit background is advantageous;
• Strong computer literacy – ability to use Microsoft suite of packages and operating systems;
• Oracle experience - advantage;
• 2+ years Financial accounting and reporting experience within industry (preferably software or IT);
• Strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills able to priorities own workload;
• Ability to work effectively alone , but also in a team;
• Strong communication skills, oral and written. Proven ability to build remote relationships and influence confidently with a wide range of stakeholders;
• Fluency in English.
